Soaked in the rain. Every breath mine. Waiting for the sun to rise. For my hair to dry. All will be alright. (Feeling sad…) For I know the rain keeps me alive. Everything a mess. You cannot build castles on dry sand…
We try so much to find what affects us. What leaves a mark on us. As opposed to insignificant things that we do not care about. But can you be who you are without that morning breeze? Without the coffee that you missed, without that call or the quick kiss from your kid? Can you Be yourself without all those insignificant things, that make every day dull and something you don’t want to repeat? Planets colliding. Stars dying. A whole cosmos in flames. It all started with an atom. Nothing could ever exist without you sitting alone, standing still, leaving no mark for anyone to see…
I sit alone. Watch the trees. What does Being mean? If I am just here to live?
Soon the tree will grow. And I will be no more. Eternal things matter not.
If I am to just live. If I cannot hold the rain drops in my hand. But I can sit by the shadow of the trees. Have a rest. By the falling leaves. Say nothing, and avoid the rain. Experience what I should not see.
Nothingness. Standing still. In a cosmos changing. Embracing my own self. Listening to the universe speak.
